Varuni Mishra

Research Interest

I am currently doing a PhD on the role of the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway on the polychaete Syllidae and trying to identify which Wnt genes or stages of the pathway are activated during regeneration. My bachelors and masters thesis were also heavily focused on annelid research, such as looking at the impact of heavy metals on polychaete physiology and development and the deep-sea biodiversity of polychaetes.
