Due to current issues (internet disruptions), most of the documents on this page are made available via the GWDG’s Nextcloud (academiccloud).

Nominations may only be submitted via the “eForms” on the intranet (staff) and the “Forms for Students” on eCampus (students).

For lists of candidates comprising at least 25 candidates, it remains possible, on an exceptional basis, to continue using the list of candidates form (Excel) provided by the Electoral Commission in the previous manner of submission in accordance with Section 10 of the Election Regulations (WO); however, the declarations of consent must nevertheless be submitted in the new format (eForms or forms for students). Please use these instructions only in this specific case.

For students, the nomination forms are currently only available in the eCampus Forms Centre (direct links will follow shortly).
You can find the forms on eCampus under the menu item “Forms” and, within that, in the “University Elections” folder. A new form is then created using the “Plus field”.

All nominations must be received by the Election Committee by 24 November 2026, 15:00:00.

Note: If, for technical reasons, submission via ‘eForms’ or ‘Forms for Students’ is not possible, submission in accordance with the general provisions (§ 10 VI of the Election Regulations) remains permissible in exceptional cases. Evidence of this impossibility must be provided at the time of the alternative submission or immediately thereafter (e.g. by means of a screenshot including the date and time).

In such cases, the nomination forms (Excel format – current version 10/2026) and declarations of consent (Word format – current version 10/2026) provided below by the Election Committee must be used for the submission of nominations.

Nominations may only be submitted digitally. To do so, the completed nomination form (without a signature) and the declaration(s) of consent for this nomination must be submitted to the election committee by 24 November 2026, 15:00:00 via email(s) to the Election Committee (in particular ralf.buhre@zvw.uni-goettingen.de) by that time. The digital submission must identify the submitting representative; in particular, the use of one’s own work or student email account (excluding functional mailboxes) is sufficient for this purpose.
